Coach Connections is a campaign that uses the power of digital influence and online platforms to Coach’s advantage, and create authentic storytelling to bridge the gap between Coach's classic heritage and the preferences of Generation Z consumers.

The Coach Connections book and Instagram filters were carefully designed to align with the overarching goals of the campaign and the needs and wants of Gen Z. The book serves as a digital storytelling platform, allowing Coach to showcase its rich heritage, craftsmanship, and values in an engaging and accessible format that speaks to these younger consumers. Its acting as a digital version of a coffee table book, that these younger generations are known for loving and owning but never reading them, just using them for aesthetic purposes. By using digital platforms and channels, like phones and laptops, Coach aims to reach and resonate with Generation Z, who predominantly engage with content online.

Similarly, the Instagram filters were chosen to complement the storytelling aspect of the campaign while using the interactive aspect and appeal of social media. These filters offer Gen Z a fun and interactive way to engage with the Coach brand, participate in quizzes, get creative, fuel their shopping addictions and share their experiences with their followers. By incorporating these digital elements, Coach will create an immersive experience that resonates with the younger audiences and create meaningful connections with the brand.
